GRO is part of Elmbridge Media, run by Trish O’Brien in Surrey, England. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and your rights. If you have any questions, email hello@grolondon.com.

What we collect

• When you apply: your name, email address, TikTok handle, country, the subject you know and who you want to help, and confirmation that you are 18 or over.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
• Basic technical data our website host records to keep the site secure, such as your IP address.

Why we use it

To read and reply to your application, arrange a call, and, if you join, invite you to the GRO Creator Network through TikTok and support you as a creator. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before working together, and our legitimate interest in running GRO.

Who we share it with

If you join, we share your TikTok handle with TikTok so we can send your invitation. We use trusted providers to run this website and our email. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

If you don’t join, we delete your application after 12 months. If you join, we keep your details while you are a GRO creator and for 12 months after you leave.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@grolondon.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Under 18s

GRO is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
